No matter how much you exercise you can’t outrun a bad diet. With an intuitive eating focus on not going to the gym to lose calories but rather eating in a way you that leaves you feeling stronger and ready to tackle a physical activity, you chose to take part in.
Enjoy eating, slow down, and make sure to chew thoroughly. It’s part of our society that eating is just something we tend to rush through. Yet, that doesn’t mean you can’t combat this because not every meal or snack needs to be inhaled.
