This week’s vendor spotlight is on Enjoy Life, which was the first gluten-free company to receive non-GMO status on all their products. What started out as part of a plan in the Kellogg School of Management in 2001 has blossomed into the company that is now Enjoy Life. It has the largest allergy-friendly bakery in the United States, which was opened in 2016. Currently, we carry two of Enjoy Life’s products, Plentils in Sea Salt and their nut-free trail mix, Mountain Mambo. Plentils are made out of lentils, these chips have a great crunch and are light and airy, making the perfect chip. Their Mountain Mambo Trail Mix is made from dairy free chocolate chips, sunflower seeds, pepitas, and fruit, having everything you want in a trail mix without the worry of allergens.
Both of these products are non-GMO, paleo, and vegan-friendly. They are free from gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, crustaceans, shellfish, mustard, casein, sulfites, lupin, fish, and sesame as well.
